The staff of the Department of Management, Finance and Business Administration" is glad to welcome you to the pages of our website!

The highly qualified teaching staff of the department, the availability of modern classrooms, the possibility of involving students of higher education in scientific research carried out at the department, and the development of student self-government - all this allows us to create all the conditions for interesting and meaningful study and recreation of our students, optimal development of their creative abilities

Our main goal is to form in our students an innovative vision of a modern manager, capable of development and the ability to use human resources in conditions of fierce competition.

Our department carries out training according to educational programs of the first (bachelor's) and second (master's) levels. Our students have the opportunity to study in English-speaking groups with a full study of all academic disciplines in English.

The department actively participates in international educational and scientific projects, and grant programs. Therefore, we guarantee:

- use of modern innovative technologies and forms of training (workshops, business games, case studies, etc.);

- use in the educational process of seminars-discussions, presentations-discussions, and master classes with the participation of international companies and organizations working in Ukraine and abroad;

- a professional approach to learning taking into account EU educational standards;

- promotion of problem-oriented learning and learning through practical training due to a student-centered approach;

- participation in scientific research with the approbation of results at international scientific conferences and publications in leading scientific publications;

- participation in the formation of students' creative, purposeful and active personalities in a space free from gender discrimination;

- internship and employment in leading domestic and international companies, corporations, and state administration bodies.
